RESIDENTIAL SERVICES: 

New Construction electrical and low voltage wiring. New construction service installation and temporary electrical services.

Remodel wiring for kitchens, bathrooms, and updating of existing electrical.

Recessed lighting installation, or replacement of existing lighting.  Hanging chandeliers in entries, living rooms, or dining rooms.

Service upgrades, and panel replacements to overhead or underground services.

COMMERCIAL SERVICES: 

Lighting retrofit to LED or other more effecient lighting

Addition of plugs or lighting to existing layout

Remodel of office or Commercial space including garages, network cabeling, office printer, and office wiring.

LABOR RATES:

$70.00 per hour with a 1 hour minimum

$90.00 after hours rate (9pm to 6am)

$120.00 weekend rate (9pm Friday to 6am Monday)

ESTIMATES:

We offer free estimates for jobs under $10,000.00, after which an hourly rate will be applied for estimating.
